Dear Candidates, Greetings from misha infotech! Responsibilities: Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements and design documents. Good knowledge of SOAP & Restful APIs. Basic knowledge of security testing. Experience to work with IT Industries. Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability and potential testing challenges. Execute test cases and document test results for various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing). Report and track defects using defect tracking tools, following the lifecycle from identification to resolution. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment. Review/testing process and propose improvements for increasing testing efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new testing tools and methodologies. Create and maintain documentation for testing processes, standards, and testing results. Prepare test summary reports to present to stakeholders. Mentor and train junior testers and new team members on testing best practices and methodologies. Primary Skills: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with SQL for database testing. Hands on Mobile testing (Android and IOS) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good knowledge of SOAP and Restful APIs. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of software applications. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance. Programming Language Java or other . Secondary Skills: Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
