About Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF):

LCF is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth from underserved communities through life skills, digital literacy, and livelihood development programs. We're looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team and drive meaningful change at the grassroots level.

Open Positions:1. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions in spoken English and basic digital skills
• Help students develop communication and digital literacy essential for employment
• Encourage hands-on practice using relevant tools and interactive methods
• Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and support

2. Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize youth from local slum communities to participate in the Lighthouse program
• Build strong relationships with youth, their families, and community leaders
• Act as a role model and clearly explain program benefits to the community
• Ensure enrollment of eligible youth as per the program’s guidelines and targets

Who We're Looking For:

• Based in Odisha, especially near Bharatpur
• Passionate about working with underprivileged youth
• Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
• Experience in teaching, training, or community engagement (preferred)
• Ready to join immediately
