Job Role : Radiology coder Experience Year : 1 - 4 Years Work Mode : Office Salary : Best in Market Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Radiology Coder to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding guidelines, particularly in radiology, and will ensure accurate coding to support optimal reimbursement and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze radiology reports to assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes. Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with federal regulations and payer guidelines. Collaborate with radiologists and billing teams to clarify documentation and resolve coding issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes and industry best practices. Meet productivity and quality standards as defined by the department. Qualifications: 1 - 4 years of experience in radiology coding. Certification from AAPC (e.g., CPC, COC) additional benefit Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and radiology procedures. Familiarity with EHR systems and coding software.
