Position: Nursing In-Charge

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day Shift only)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years, preferably with ICU experience

Location ;

Work Schedule: 6 days working with rotational offs

Additional Requirement: The candidate should be flexible to support in night in case of emergencies.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of nursing staff and caregivers.

• Ensure proper administration of medications and treatment plans as prescribed.

• Monitor residents health conditions and maintain accurate nursing records.

• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers for patient care planning.

• Conduct regular training and development sessions for nursing and support staff.

• Ensure the facility complies with clinical and safety standards as per health regulations.

• Address patient or family concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Oversee infection control protocols and hygiene practices throughout the facility.

• Assist in preparing reports, audits, and documentation as required by management.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and duty allocation to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM)

• Valid Nursing Council Registration

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Experience in a geriatric care or long-term care facility is preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards

• Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in managing nursing operations in a care home or assisted living facility

• Ability to handle emergencies and critical care situations effectively

• Basic computer skills for report and documentation purposes
