Job Description: Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Governance To take active role in the implementation of pre-defined governance processes (e.g. user access review, data definitions and validation rules) for all financial modules. To support compliance monitoring by documentation of system changes and adhering to audit requirements. To help maintain Finance Technology roadmap backlog (e.g. log enhancements requests, track progress) Functional & Technical Execution Configuration Configure financial workflows (e.g. AR invoice approvals, AP payment terms) with minimal supervision. Support localization requirement gathering, setup/configuration (e.g. tax rules, multi-currency) for Global Blueprint compliance. Development Develop and maintain basic SuiteScript 2.x. scripts. Build and troubleshoot saved searches, dashboard, and KPIs for Finance stakeholders. Assist in data migration and minor integration (REST/SOAP API testing) User Training & Documentation Work with implementation partner ensuring step-by-step user guides and FAQ for new features (e.g. expense report submissions, report filters, etc) is drafted. Work with relevant department within Ben Line to ensure d AS IS process is documented(e.g. O2C, P2P) as required and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives. Create and execute testing plan, supporting identified business scenarios. Ensure complete documentation of configurations, scripts, and process change for compliance. Requirements: Qualifications: Experience level: 2+ years in NetSuite implementation and/or operational support. Bachelors degree in accounting, Business, IT or related fields. NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification Skills: Functional: Basic understanding of financial processes (O2C, P2P) and compliance Ability to translate business scenario into test-cases. Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools, such as Azure Board and Jira will be advantageous. Create and manage saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and basic workflows. Technical: NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, etc.). Experience with SuiteFlow, REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to data migration tools (csv import, data loader) Familiarity with SQL, PowerBI will be advantageous. Experience: 1-2 years in ERP financial systems, including hands-on testing or implementation involvement to go live. Experience in drafting test script, training materials. Knowledge: Basic understanding/grasp of NetSuite Financial module (AP,AR, GL) Basic Understanding testing methodology and execution Awareness of data governance principles, especially around master data, RBAC, audit requirements.
