I am hiring Legal candidate for Chennai locations, please find the job description below.

Locations:

Years of experience: 1 to 6

Overview

Contract drafting, reviewing, vetting and negotiation
Review of contracts with Clients NDAs, MSAs, SOWs
Review and preparation of Agreements to be entered into with Vendors
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
Contribute and enhance the organizations legal processes, leading to improved risk management, enhanced compliance, efficient legal operations
Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
Understanding of license agreements, software development.
Co-ordinate and assist fellow team members in daily operations

Requirements:

Good domain knowledge.
