Job Description

Customer Consultation:
Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored design and decor solutions.
Product Recommendation:
Advise customers on the best products and designs from Asian Paints' offerings based on their requirements and budget.
Color Selection:
Assist customers in choosing the right colors and color schemes for their spaces, potentially using tools and technology to visualize the outcome.
Complete Solution Approach:
Consult on the complete painting and decor solution, including on-time painting services available at the store.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other teams (customer associates, contractors) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting:
Maintain records and reports of consultations and activities as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is often required.
Customer Focus:
Ability to understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with Asian Paints' products and services, including color palettes and design trends.
Technical Proficiency:
