Key Responsibilities: Sales: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing and packaging industry - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity Marketing: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our printing and packaging products and services - Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives - Analyze market data and trends to inform marketing decisions Business Development: - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new and existing markets - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing and packaging industry - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of printing and packaging industry trends and technologies - Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools - Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms - Strong networking and relationship-building skills What We Offer: - Competitive salary and commission structure - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Comprehensive benefits package
