Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Professional certification, CA (Chartered Accountant). 3-4 years of experience in internal auditing , statutory audit or related financial roles. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation and regulatory requirements. Experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and tally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and industry practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job description Review of accounts in tally on weekly basis. Preparation of reports for internal audit and external audit. Co-ordination with Internal audit/ IFC audit/ Statutory audit team. Advising finance team for all pending entries in tally.
