Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Data Science and AI project execution and delivery.
Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: predictive modeling, NLP, Gen AI, LLM-based applications.
Experience in Gen AI solutions including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations.
Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.

Good to Have:

Experience in Data Engineering tools and pipelines (Spark, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, etc.)
Experience in handling structured and unstructured data.
Exposure to MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
AI/ML-related certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
