Hiring Customer Support Associate

You are invited to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our International Voice and Backend Process at our Pune - Kharadi location. As a Customer Support Associate (CSA), you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support through both voice and backend channels. We are looking for individuals who are Graduates with excellent verbal communication skills in English. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will interact with international customers. The salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 based on your experience. Additionally, we offer company-provided cab facilities for your convenience. The interview process will consist of two rounds, both of which will be conducted in-office at our Kharadi, Pune location.
