Job Summary:

Alans Academy is seeking a skilled Hindi Tutor to record high-quality video lessons for Class 10 Kerala State Syllabus. The position is onsite at our Kozhikode studio and suitable for tutors who can teach in both Malayalam and English medium contexts. This is a contract-based, hourly role with flexible timing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver recorded Hindi lessons for Class 10 as per Kerala SCERT syllabus
• Teach in Malayalam or English medium, based on student needs
• Ensure accurate, engaging, and easy-to-understand content in studio recordings
• Work closely with the content and academic coordination team
• Follow curriculum structure with clarity and strong grammar usage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hindi or equivalent
• Teaching experience in Hindi (Class 10, Kerala Syllabus preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam, and/or English
• Comfortable and confident in studio teaching environment
• B.Ed is a plus, but not required

Salary:

- Hourly Pay: ₹150 – ₹400
(Based on experience and delivery quality)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,120.37 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
