Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and innovative General Manager – Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for our real estate business. The GM will be responsible for branding, demand generation, digital marketing, events, PR, and overall customer engagement to drive brand visibility and lead generation across residential/commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Create annual marketing budgets, calendars, and campaign roadmaps for all ongoing and upcoming projects. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Brand Management Build and enhance the brand image through strategic campaigns and consistent messaging. Oversee all creative and content development (brochures, ads, videos, etc.). Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all touchpoints. Digital Marketing Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) for lead generation. Analyze digital performance data and continuously optimize for ROI. Manage company website, landing pages, and third-party listing portals. Offline Marketing Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print ads, hoardings, radio, and TV. Manage events, exhibitions, and site promotions to attract footfall and improve brand recall. Lead Generation & CRM Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates. Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaigns and customer journeys. Team Management & Vendor Coordination Lead and mentor the internal marketing team and coordinate with external agencies. Oversee vendor contracts, creative agencies, digital partners, and media planners. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign ROI. Provide regular marketing performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in real estate. Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and product positioning. Expertise in digital and performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the real estate industry’s workforce dynamics, including sales, site operations, and back-office staff. Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Design and execute recruitment strategies for hiring across departments (sales, marketing, engineering, admin, etc.) Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning needs Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI regulations, and statutory requirements Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking systems 3.
