Job Description Hierarch Soft Technologies is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to focus exclusively on acquiring new clients in the US IT staffing and consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and building strategic relationships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new clients for US IT staffing and consulting services. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach. Build a robust sales pipeline and drive business development efforts to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand client requirements and present tailored staffing solutions. Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with prospective clients. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems. Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in US IT staffing and consulting. Proven track record of acquiring new US clients in the IT staffing domain. Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to generate leads independently and work under pressure to achieve sales targets. Comfortable working US time zones (EST/CST/PST) as required. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online networking platforms like LinkedIn. Preferred Skills Existing network of potential US clients, direct vendors, or system integrators. Experience selling both contract staffing and direct hire services. Previous experience working with staffing companies with offshore operations.

Role & responsibilities Identify client requirements for available IT consultants and proactively market bench candidates. Handle full life cycle of bench sales: finding the candidates via cold calling, sourcing requirements, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and closing placements. Maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Conduct active and passive searches to generate new client leads and requirements. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and other online resources for sourcing opportunities. Prepare and present consultants profiles to clients with accuracy and prompt follow-up. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in successful onboarding. Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to submissions, interviews, and placements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1-3+ years of experience in Bench Sales in US IT Staffing. Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, Citizens, EAD, etc.). Well-versed in US tax terms such as W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099. Ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of successful closures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in using MS Office, email communications, and CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile : Prior experience working with direct clients or implementation partners. Existing vendor/client contacts in US IT Staffing.
