We are seeking a dedicated Health Coach to become a part of our team at Lower Parel East! As a Health Coach with TheTruePal, your responsibilities will include conducting consultations to gain insights into each client's lifestyle, weight-related obstacles, and health objectives. You will be tasked with determining the root causes of weight-loss difficulties and implementing sustainable lifestyle modifications to address them effectively. Additionally, you will serve as a client's support system, maintaining regular communication to monitor progress and overcome any obstacles. Collaboration with dietitians and fitness instructors will be essential to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being. Your role will involve educating clients on the significance of their plans and cultivating habits that promote long-term health. It is expected that clients achieve a healthy weight loss of 2-3 kg per month under your guidance. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a certification in health coaching or a relevant field such as nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle management. Previous experience as a health coach or in a similar capacity within the health & wellness sector is preferred. Demonstrable experience in assisting individuals with weight loss through lifestyle adjustments is crucial. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
