We are currently seeking a Head of UX to lead our team of talented UI and UX experts and elevate our product design to new heights. This pivotal leadership role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of our product experience by blending a profound understanding of user behavior and usability with innovative design leadership. If you have a track record of developing top-notch software UI, particularly for enterprise-grade products, and experience in leading high-performing design teams, we would like to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include leading and nurturing a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers and researchers, establishing the design vision, ensuring a consistent user-centered approach across all products, crafting intuitive and elegant user interfaces for our software products, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences, setting up and expanding design systems, tools, and best practices, as well as fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation throughout the company. We are seeking a candidate with over 15 years of experience in UX/UI design, including a minimum of 3 years in a design leadership role. A robust portfolio demonstrating refined, enterprise-grade software UIs, expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles, proven skills in managing and mentoring design teams, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc., strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex web applications, working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), awareness of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design standards, and a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
