Role Summary:

Were seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain activities in our packaging facility. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and lead a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily manufacturing operations
Optimize productivity, cost, and quality
Implement process improvements and lean practices
Oversee maintenance to ensure minimal downtime
Manage inventory and coordinate supply chain activities
Lead, train, and develop the operations team

Requirements:

Graduate in Engineering or related field (Mechanical/Production preferred)
10+ years of experience in packaging manufacturing
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality standards, and safety compliance
