Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with Elecons long-term strategy.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, finance, sales, and business leadership to digitize and automate key workflows.
Identify and implement cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies including AI, IoT, machine learning, robotics, and cloud-based platforms.
Partner with IT, data, and engineering teams to modernize legacy systems and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Champion a culture of innovation and change management throughout the organization.
Measure and report on digital transformation KPIs including ROI, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.
Evaluate and manage partnerships with vendors, consultants, and technology providers.
Provide leadership and mentorship to internal digital teams and upskill talent to meet future demands.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of demonstrated experience in leading real-world digital transformation and AI-driven automation initiatives.
At least 5 years of experience working with or for industrial manufacturing organizations is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional digital projects from conception to execution.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision making.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage.
Fluency in English required; fluency in Gujarati is an added advantage.
Willingness to relocate full-time to Anand, Gujarat.
