Role Overview:

B2B Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting corporates, startups, and educational institutions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for enterprise clients.
  • Represent Impacteers at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report performance to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in edtech, HR tech, SaaS, or talent platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, learning & development, and career services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with HR departments, L&D teams, or university placement cells.
  • Exposure to platforms like Impacteers or similar career development ecosystems.
  • MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
