Role Overview:

B2B Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting corporates, startups, and educational institutions.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise client acquisition and retention.
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for enterprise clients.
Represent Impacteers at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report performance to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in edtech, HR tech, SaaS, or talent platforms.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, learning & development, and career services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with HR departments, L&D teams, or university placement cells.
Exposure to platforms like Impacteers or similar career development ecosystems.
MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
