Job Description

As a Consulting Manager/Associate Director in Talent Solutions Consulting at Aon, you will play a crucial role in the Executive Compensation & Governance team. With annual revenue responsibility, you will be engaging in core client-facing activities that involve travel. You should hold a post-graduate degree with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, while an MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 schools is advantageous. Hands-on experience in Executive Compensation or extensive experience in broad Rewards will be beneficial for this role. Our human capital business, with over 2,000 colleagues across 30 countries, focuses on rewards, talent assessment, and performance & analytics practices to assist clients in transformative projects. The Executive Compensation and Governance practice at Aon addresses critical performance, rewards, and talent issues concerning Boards and Executive Management. You will be expected to research and understand Industry Archetypes and Business Models to provide advisory solutions in Rewards, Performance, and Talent matters. Designing business-aligned executive remuneration strategies and engaging with clients in creating long-term incentive programs will be part of your responsibilities. In addition to your role responsibilities, you will manage a team, lead research studies, handle revenue, and provide strategic longitudinal HR advisory. Your ability to interact with and manage the expectations of C-suite executives will be essential. Exposure to Rewards, Consulting, Financial Modeling, and Strategic HR Projects will be advantageous. Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CFA, or LLB are added advantages, along with awareness of macroeconomics, Excel modeling, and data-based storytelling.
