We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team for a prestigious project with our client HCL. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support technical components in Oracle Fusion HCM using:
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Fast Formulas
HCM Extracts
Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data migration, integrations, and custom reporting as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, performance tuning, and solution design.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Mandatory Skills
Expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration and updates.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Fast Formulas used in Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and other HCM modules.
Proficient in creating and modifying HCM Extracts – for reporting and integration purposes.
Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM technical architecture.
Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher reports is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.

Shift Timings: Night Shift (US Hours)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from office on selected days as per policy)
Cab Facility: Available for night shifts
