HCM Functional Consultant- Core HR/ADP Payroll

As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with customer business and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design Oracle HCM solutions. You will lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with best practices. Configuring and maintaining Core HR and Workforce Compensation modules to align with business needs will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Working within an Agile framework, you will utilize Jira for task tracking, issue resolution, and project management. Identifying gaps and providing solutions by recommending process improvements, customizations, or additional configurations will be crucial. Documenting system configurations, business processes, and user guides for reference and training purposes is also essential. You will assist with troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and providing post-implementation support. Facilitating training sessions and knowledge transfer to business users and IT teams will be part of your role. You will communicate complex issues and solutions in a clear and simple manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in Core HR (mandatory) and Workforce Compensation (ideal) is required. A proven track record of working on at least one end-to-end implementation project is essential. Experience working in an Agile environment, using Jira for task tracking and project management, is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements are necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms, are crucial. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong documentation and reporting skills are also required.,
