We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Red Hat Certified Trainer to join our team and deliver expert-level training in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHCSA & RHCE) and OpenShift Administration (DO280) . The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration, DevOps, or cloud technologies, along with a proven track record of conducting training programs in enterprise or academic settings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training sessions (ILT/virtual) for RHCSA, RHCE, and DO280 courses. Design and customize Red Hat training content to suit audience needs, including hands-on labs and assessments. Guide and mentor learners with real-world use cases, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest developments in Red Hat technologies and certification curriculum. Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance course effectiveness. Support pre- and post-training assessments and evaluations. Collaborate with the technical and curriculum development teams for continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5–10 years of professional experience in Linux/DevOps/Cloud environments. Strong command over RHEL system administration, shell scripting, and container technologies. Proficient in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience delivering training to corporate, academic, or institutional audiences. Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse learners.
