We are looking for a Chief of Staff, Operations & Business Development who can wear many hats and handle a broad range of responsibilities. This role involves overseeing diverse activities, from operational processes to strategic projects, ensuring that our daily operations align with our strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept at managing data, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. Develop and implement operational processes and systems to enhance productivity and scalability. Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination among teams. Identify operational challenges and work with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel/G-Sheets to manage and analyze datasets, creating pivot tables, charts, and complex lookups for actionable insights. Prepare and present data-driven reports and visualizations to senior management, conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly. Strategic Support: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Assist with business planning and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Finance, Product, and Marketing, to support and align operational efforts with company-wide goals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a hands-on approach, being ready to roll up sleeves and address challenges as they arise. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamics in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Be open to taking on tasks beyond the core job description to support the team and meet business needs. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in Operations, Business Operations, or Product Management and Calendar Management with a proven track record of managing diverse operational functions. Skills: Proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets. Strong communication and data visualization skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Interest: Genuine interest in Fintech and real estate, with a desire to understand and contribute to these sectors. Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and autonomously. Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle responsibilities beyond the core job description to drive team success. Nice to Have: Experience in the real estate or fintech industries.
