Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments) in Tally/ERP. Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash book, bank reconciliation, and other accounting records. Manage accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding payments. Prepare GST workings and file GST returns accurately and on time. Handle TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly returns filing. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain and reconcile stock and inventory records. Assist with annual audits and coordinate with auditors for compliance requirements. Handle payroll processing, including statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.). Prepare and maintain necessary documents for tax assessments and compliance. Monitor and manage petty cash transactions. Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements. Support management with MIS reports, cost analysis, and other financial reports as needed. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily despatch schedules as per delivery priorities and customer requirements. Supervise and assist in loading vehicles, ensuring correct material, quantity, and safe loading practices. Verify packaging and labelling before despatch to ensure compliance with customer and company standards. Generate and print invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills in the system accurately. Maintain and update despatch records in the system and registers. Coordinate with production, accounts, and transport teams for efficient despatch operations. Track vehicle movements and ensure timely despatch and delivery. Resolve any issues related to vehicle loading, documentation, or delivery delays. Ensure the despatch area is clean and organized, following safety standards. Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and invoice generation (Excel/Tally/ERP). Prior experience in despatch, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred. Skills Required: Ability to manage and supervise loading operations. Basic computer skills for invoicing and documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork. Good communication and coordination skills with drivers and team members. Physically fit to assist in loading activities when required.
