The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive HR initiatives in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and implement HR strategies supporting business growth in the engineering contracting sector. - Partner with senior management to align HR policies with organizational goals. - Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development. Talent Acquisition & Management: - Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (engineers, project managers, contractors, etc.). - Enhance employer branding to attract top talent in engineering and construction. - Implement onboarding programs for seamless integration of new hires.
