Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for gym trainer for our 4-5 gyms located in Noida and Noida Extension

Key Responsibilities:

Member Guidance & Workout Assistance

Guide gym members with correct usage of equipment and workout techniques.

Design basic workout plans for members as per their fitness levels and goals.

Monitor and correct form and posture during exercises.

Floor Supervision

Ensure member safety by preventing misuse of equipment.

Maintain discipline and positive environment on gym floor.

Provide inductions and equipment demos to new members.

Hygiene & Maintenance

Ensure equipment and gym floor cleanliness.

Report malfunctioning equipment immediately to management.

4. Member Engagement & Retention

Build rapport with members to encourage regular workouts.

Assist in promoting additional gym services (e.g. personal training, group classes) if required.

Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain daily attendance and workout records if required by management.

Update Fitness Manager on member progress and issues

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a gym trainer.

Certification in fitness training (preferred: K11, ACE, ACSM).

Good knowledge of workout techniques, body anatomy, and injury prevention.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and team player
