Collection of data logs and any other logs Assembly/De-assembly as per system documents or Computer based training (CBT)software Identification/Localization of hardware defects, resolution of defects as per hardware manuals Maintain logbook for all observed/reported problem and action taken to resolve the problem Testing & trouble shooting of radio set for HATs & Ops checks as applicable. Skills Required: Adequate knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System platforms. Adequate knowledge of electronics testing and customer support.
