Guest Service Associate (GSA) F&B SERVICE

Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Present menus, offer suggestions, and answer questions regarding food and beverage items. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly. Serve food and beverages professionally, following proper service techniques. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the service. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to supervisors when needed. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service areas. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, banquets, or daily service. Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP). Support billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently. Cooperate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
