Job Description

Job Purpose:

As a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) at Sales Office, your primary objective is to provide excellent customer service and support to guests visiting our sales office. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, promoting our brand, and contributing to the overall success of sales initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, inquiries, and feedback for reporting purposes, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
  2. Conduct engaging and professional residential building project presentations for visitors in the AV room, showcasing the property's features and benefits effectively.
  3. Manage data entry tasks to maintain precise records of client information and interactions, facilitating efficient communication and relationship management.
  4. Coordinate and execute promotional activities such as spin wheel offers, fostering customer engagement and satisfaction while supporting sales initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to arrange property tours, ensuring guests receive comprehensive information during their visits.
  6. Follow up with guests after their property tours to answer any additional questions or concerns they may have, fostering ongoing engagement and trust.
  7. Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and actively engaging guests in sales-related activities, enhancing their experience and interest.

Functional

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  4. Proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM software for guest management.
  5. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service to guests.
  6. Knowledge of real estate or property sales processes is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  1. Full Time Graduate (Preferably BA, Marketing, Hospitality)
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or sales support is preferred.
  3. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as per the sales office schedule
