We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality content across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Execution:
• Develop visual concepts based on briefs and project requirements.
• Create compelling graphics for digital platforms, print materials, and social media.
• Prepare final files for printing or publishing, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Ensure visual coherence in all marketing and communication materials.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align design with campaign goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy and research.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Quality & Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proactively identify design-related issues and suggest improvements.
• Implement steps to enhance the quality and impact of visual content.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design work.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager and Senior Management.
• Share insights and recommendations for design improvements and content strategy.

Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, and CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools including Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, or Runway ML.

AI Integration Abilities:

• Ability to enhance creative workflows using generative AI.
• Knowledge of using AI tools for:
• Image generation
• Background removal
• Layout suggestions
• Mockup automation

Portfolio:

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative, original, and versatile design work across various media.

Other Skills:

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and implementing quality enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
