Role & responsibilities Conceptualize and design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, emailers, packaging, and presentations. Develop original creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce effective designs that drive user engagement and brand consistency. Create mockups, illustrations, and layouts using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Adapt designs for different platforms (print, web, mobile) while maintaining design integrity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback effectively. Stay updated with design trends and best practices in the industry. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across media. Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand identity. Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail with a creative mindset. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in an agency or corporate setup.
