1. Graphic Designer : (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing
• Convert raw videos into engaging, professional-quality content optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit educational and promotional videos, adding animations, text overlays, transitions, and sound.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter reels or clips for social media.
• Ensure all videos are on-brand and delivered within deadlines.
• Graphic Design
• Design brochures, social media creatives, banners, posters, presentations, and ads.
• Develop visual assets for campaigns, website, and email marketing.
• Create templates for consistent brand identity across channels.
• Content Management
• Upload, schedule, and publish video and graphic content on all relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Stay updated on design and video trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent sense of visual composition, typography, and color.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education sector or consultancy industry.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and digital campaigns.
• Graduate in English Medium.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 51 per week
