Graphic Designer

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with a strong sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling to join our communications team. The selected candidate will work onsite at a client location in Chennai, supporting ongoing outreach, awareness, and branding initiatives across both print and digital platforms.

This role requires creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of design for public-facing campaigns in the development or social impact space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling creatives for:
• Social media campaigns (static posts, reels, infographics, carousels)
• Print materials such as brochures, flyers, reports, one-pagers, and presentations
• Event collateral such as banners, backdrops, and standees
• Translate communication briefs into clean, engaging visuals that align with branding standards
• Design bilingual content (English and Tamil) when required
• Collaborate closely with content writers, editors, and the on-ground communication team
• Maintain visual consistency across all media formats and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Adapt visuals to various platforms and devices (web, print, mobile)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in development, government, or agency projects is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media
• Knowledge of design for multilingual content; Tamil typing/design familiarity is a bonus
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and iconography
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Location: Chennai (onsite at client premises)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Type: Full-time, immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
