We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong visual sense and creative spark to join our growing team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, branding, websites, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, logos, and brand identities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual assets.
• Work on multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Create designs aligned with current trends while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare print-ready files and digital versions of all artworks.
• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails, websites, etc.).
• Take creative feedback and implement changes efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design best practices.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• UI/UX design experience (Figma or Adobe XD).
• Experience in creating brand guidelines or identity systems.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Work Mode: On-site (Trivandrum)
