Key Responsibilities : As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with our brand and client needs. Your duties will include: Designing a variety of materials, including digital assets, print materials, social media graphics, web designs, and promotional items. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions. Managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring designs are consistent with our brand identity and guidelines. Creating prototypes and mock-ups for client presentations and internal reviews. Providing design support for social media campaigns, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives. Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices. Requirements : 6 months to 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across a range of mediums. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus (optional). Knowledge of Figma design tools and collaborative features will be a significant advantage. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree. Experience with motion graphics or video editing (using After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus. What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits.
