We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in graphic and UI/UX design, coupled with a passion for creating compelling visual content.

Role & Responsibilities

• Content Production: Consistently produce and deliver aesthetically pleasing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that visual language and brand identity are consistent across all online and printed content.
• Design Concepts: Design wireframes, web, and print concepts, including high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes. Create artifacts at various levels of fidelity to support development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content team to implement web design projects and manage project timelines effectively.
• Concept Communication: Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• UI/UX Design: Apply UI/UX design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Trend Awareness & Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest design trends and principles to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing self-learning and professional development to stay current with new design developments and technologies.
• Multi-Platform Design: Exhibit thorough experience in designing across multiple platforms, including digital and print.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with a range of internal stakeholders from concept through to launch to ensure project alignment and success.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in the following tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign (CC 2019), Adobe Premiere (Motion Graphics & Video Editing), Adobe XD, 3D Design.
• UI/UX Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including the ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Design Principles: Solid knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Multi-Platform Experience: Proven experience designing for various platforms, including web, social media, and print.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent skills in communicating design concepts and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both web and print.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
