Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our design team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, refined aesthetics, and hands-on design expertise to craft compelling visual assets for digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of creative concepts and high-quality designs for campaigns, branding, social media, web, and advertising. Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual outputs. Collaborate with the marketing, strategy, and content teams to translate briefs into visually impactful executions. Take ownership of brand visual identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across touchpoints. Review and provide constructive feedback on design work to ensure final outputs meet expectations. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovation to the team. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and high-level design skills across digital and print formats. Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, layout, typography, and color theory. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt quickly. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Creative direction and art direction experience. Understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior. Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
