The primary role of this position is to act as a liaison between customers and the Wipro delivery team, ensuring a clear understanding and analysis of customer requirements. By effectively communicating customer needs to the delivery team, the role aims to facilitate the development of appropriate solutions for the clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement and Requirements Gathering: - Collaborate with client engagement partners to comprehend RFP/ RFI requirements. - Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features to capture all customer needs. - Engage with internal teams to design accurate responses to RFP/ RFIs. - Maintain regular communication with customers to seek feedback and clarify proposed solutions. - Demonstrate and present proposed solutions to empower customers. - Cultivate and optimize customer relationships for enhanced business integration. 2. Engagement with Delivery Team: - Provide customer feedback to the delivery team on proposed solutions. - Review test cases to ensure coverage of customer requirements. - Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate change requests based on customer needs. - Support QA team with testing and validation of implemented solutions. - Analyze data findings and drive improvements in proposed solutions. - Coordinate with Project Manager/Delivery Team to ensure quality deliverables on time. 3. Knowledge Management and Domain Expertise: - Share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical. - Contribute to whitepapers, research papers, and point of views for the consulting community. - Identify and create use cases for business enhancements. - Conduct market research to provide latest insights into projects for customer satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators: 1. Customer Engagement and Delivery Management: - PCSAT, utilization % achievement, leads generated, errors in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, deal solutioning timeline, velocity generated. 2. Knowledge Management: - Number of whitepapers/research papers written, user stories created, proposal documentation completion, reusable components developed.
