Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and technical proficiency to deliver high-quality graphics that align with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design logos, brand assets, and marketing materials that align with brand identity.
• Experiment with new design styles and creative techniques.
• Create social media posts, banners, and ad creatives for digital campaigns.
• Design email templates, brochures, and presentations for marketing purposes.
• Develop animated graphics and motion visuals for social media engagement.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and video teams to align designs with campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Create posters, business cards, and packaging designs as needed.

Daily Activities:

• Design social media posts, ads, and marketing materials.
• Work on ongoing branding and design projects.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams for design needs.

Weekly Activities:

• Review and update existing design assets.
• Brainstorm new creative ideas and trends.
• Collaborate with the team to align design work with marketing strategies.

Monthly Activities:

• Analyze design performance and engagement metrics.
• Develop design templates for efficiency in content creation.
• Experiment with new tools and creative techniques.
• Prepare a design report showcasing key achievements and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Experience in designing social media graphics, branding materials, and marketing assets.
• Ability to collaborate with content creators and marketing teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
