Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in designing social media posts, podcast graphics, and carousel creatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and able to create engaging content tailored to digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:Design visually appealing social media creatives including static posts, carousels, and reels covers. Create podcast cover art, promotional banners, thumbnails, and other podcast-related visual content. Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop branding and promotional materials. Maintain visual consistency across all platforms in line with the brand guidelines. Adapt designs to different formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Keep up with design trends and implement fresh, innovative ideas. Requirements:Proven experience in designing content for social media, podcasts, and carousels (please share portfolio or samples). Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma or After Effects is a plus). Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creativity.
