As a Graphic Designer at Changing Tree, your responsibilities include creating graphics and designing layouts for various marketing materials such as print ads, flyers, email newsletters, blogs, and social media accounts. You will collaborate with the marketing department to support campaigns with design solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry-leading designers, gaining insights on applying design theory to marketing campaigns and utilizing software like Adobe Illustrator and Picasa for creating pixel-perfect illustrations. Taking design briefs, working with different media, and presenting rough drafts are also part of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to think creatively, develop new design concepts, and work alongside a diverse team of professionals including copywriters, designers, and stylists. The ideal candidate for this position must have 2-5 years of proven graphic designing experience, demonstrating creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability, and originality. A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills is essential. Effective communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work with industry-standard software like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop are required. The candidate should also have at least three pieces of work that document the design process from start to finish. Proficiency in all design aspects and professionalism regarding time management and deadlines are highly valued.
