As a Graphic Designer at Sumvaik Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs that resonate with clients" brand identities and marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams, you will design a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website elements, infographics, presentations, and more. Responsibilities: - Develop innovative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials. - Work in conjunction with the marketing team to craft visually captivating content that enhances engagement and drives conversions. - Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across different platforms. - Create attractive social media graphics, banners, ads, brochures, and presentations. - Collaborate effectively with copywriters and team members to ensure cohesive messaging across all materials. - Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality continuously. - Manage multiple design projects concurrently, delivering high-quality work within specified timelines. - Iterate on designs based on feedback to achieve desired outcomes effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven track record as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or advertising agency. - Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in digital marketing and branding. - Thorough understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, demonstrating a passion for design and innovation.
