Graphic Design Specialist

You are a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer sought by Micro Mitti to create high-quality visuals aligning with marketing and branding needs. Your role involves executing design projects based on provided briefs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design specifications. You will work extensively on print collateral, hoardings, newspaper ads, digital ad material, social media creatives, thumbnails, and other marketing assets. Responsibilities include developing creative designs for print and digital materials, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines, visualizing concepts aligning with marketing objectives, utilizing appropriate resources for images and graphics, proficiently using tools like Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, collaborating with the marketing team, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Qualifications required are a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, 8+ years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, experience with stock image platforms, strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles, ability to follow briefs meticulously and deliver within deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to produce polished designs. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in designing for real estate or related industries and familiarity with printing specifications for large-format designs. Compensation will be as per industry standards depending on experience.
