To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva is essential, while familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD would be advantageous. A basic understanding of motion design/video editing is preferred, along with a strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Your portfolio should showcase creativity, versatility, and attention to detail, and you should possess good communication and collaboration skills. As a Graphic Designer Associate, you will be expected to design digital creatives for various purposes, collaborate on campaign designs with other teams, adapt and repurpose templates, ensure consistency in branding, participate in ideation sessions, maintain organized design files, and meet deadlines. Staying updated on industry trends, design innovations, and aesthetic movements will be crucial for your role.
