You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer and brand partnerships that align with our brand identity. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Content Review: Coordinate and review influencer content for brand consistency before it goes live. Reporting: Maintain detailed records and reports of all collaborations, including performance metrics and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of paid ads and ROI-driven campaigns. Creative mindset with an eye for trends and content.
