About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Managing Director (MD) in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This is a critical role within our microfinance institution, ideal for someone passionate about financial inclusion, community empowerment, and women’s economic development. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the MD including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings. Coordinate with department heads and regional teams to track project progress and follow-ups. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Assist in planning and executing field visits, stakeholder meetings, and community events. Travel outside the city twice a month to support MD’s outreach, monitoring, and partnership development efforts. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) with a background in the microfinance or NBFC sector to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage corporate governance practices, and support board-level reporting and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the Companies Act, RBI regulations for NBFCs, and experience working in a regulated financial environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, especially relevant to NBFC/microfinance operations.
