Job Description

Position:

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems using STAAD.Pro and other engineering tools
Prepare structural drawings, calculation reports, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Perform structural modeling, detailing, and drafting using AutoCAD / Revit (preferred)
Review project specifications, standards, and client requirements
Support in checking and resolving structural clashes and design issues

Required Skills:

Sound knowledge of
STAAD.Pro
,
AutoCAD
(Revit is an advantage)
Strong fundamentals in structural analysis and design codes (IS, ACI, BS, etc.)
Good understanding of steel and concrete structures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced design environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering (2025/ 2024/2023 pass-out preferred)
Internship or academic project exposure in structural analysis/design is an added advantage
