Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Experience: 01 year (Fresh graduates preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn

Program Details:

• Duration: 12 months
• Working Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, at Techno Controls office premises.

Terms & Conditions:

• Candidate must sign a 1-year agreement
• Last semester mark sheet must be submitted and retained for the duration of the agreement
• 5 1/2-day working week (Saturday is a half-day)

Evaluation Process:

• Academic Performance (CGPA)
• Technical Test
• Technical Panel Interview Round 1
