Government Tender Executive

The Government Tender Executive will be responsible for end-to-end handling of government tender-related documentation, field submissions, coordination with departments like BMC, BARC, and similar authorities. The role involves outdoor work, document follow-up, and ensuring timely submission of all required paperwork.

• Collect, prepare, and organize all documents required for tender submission.
• Visit government offices (BMC, BARC, PWD, etc.) for:
• Tender document purchase
• Bid submissions (online/offline)
• Document verification
• Clarification meetings

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required technical/financial documents.
• Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and acknowledgments.
• Track tender announcements, corrigendums, deadlines, and submission status.
• Handle vendor registrations, EMDs, and notarized documents as needed.
• Liaise with government officials politely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and formats.
• Assist in post-tender activities like RTIs, follow-ups, and document resubmission.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate (any stream)
• Familiarity with government tendering process (online & offline)
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in reading government documents in English, Marathi, and Hindi
• Willing to travel locally (by train, cab, or company vehicle)
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Email, Scanning)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
